Actions​

  • Invite guests (same dialog as Invite a guest)

  • Row / Manage opens visit details
  • Owners only: row Delete soft-deletes the visit (confirm dialog). It leaves lists and stats but stays in the database. Turn on Show deleted to see those rows and Restore them.

Columns​

Includes Status (visit lifecycle) and Host update (latest host reply). Host update is empty when the host has not replied. Soft-deleted rows show a Deleted pill when Show deleted is on.

Statuses​

  • Expected
  • Checked in
  • Checked out
  • Auto checked out
  • Cancelled
  • No show
  • Deleted (Owner soft-delete; only with Show deleted)

  • On the way

  • Host note

Empty: No expected visits yet. Invites you send will show up here.

Access​

Desk roles see visits at their Admin locations, plus visits they host. Employees see only visits they host.

Soft-delete / restore is Owner only. It is not the same as visitor data retention (anonymize) or a privacy erasure request.
