Host email actions

When a guest checks in, the host gets an arrival email. Buttons:

  • I'm on my way
  • Send them in
  • Running late…
  • Note from host

What happens​

  1. Host taps an action (or adds a note).
  2. Host sees a confirmation page.
  3. Guest and desk can get follow-up mail, depending on the action.
  4. Overview and Visits show a matching pill: On the way, Send them in, Running late, or Host note.

Tips​

  • Use the same mailbox the invite / directory email uses for that host.
  • Actions are one-time style links; if a link expired, check the visit in the app instead.
