Users directory

Open Users. Same directory for hosts and staff.

Filters​

  • Everyone / App access / Directory only
  • Active (default) / Deactivated / All
  • All sources / Directory sync / Not directory sync

The table splits Primary, Host, and Admin into their own columns. Each column has a filter. Empty Host is All (eligible at every location). Owner and Admin show Workspace under Admin.

Add someone​

  1. Select Add user.
  2. Enter profile fields.
  3. Set app access role, or leave directory-only.
  4. Set Host locations, Admin locations (if applicable), Primary location, UI language.
  5. Save. App users receive an invite email when needed.

Empty: No users yet · Add someone to the directory, or import a CSV.

Directory sync​

People provisioned from your identity provider show a Directory sync badge. Full name and Work email are read-only. Hover those labels for Updated from your identity provider. Title, phone, and locations stay editable, but host and primary can be replaced on the next sync.

Directory Sync does not change Bruchim roles. New people join as Employee. Promote Owner or Admin on Users; they keep Manage organization → Security.

Deactivated users​

Deactivated people stay in the directory (filter to see them). Visit history keeps the host name. Reactivate from the row or bulk actions.
