Settings → Flows (Admin / Owner). Same sections appear under Overrides for Growth+ targets.
Phases

Building steps
- Open a phase.
- Add or reorder steps.
- Configure each step (copy, attachments, channels, includes).
- Save the Flows tab (saves merge into policies so Policies tab content is not wiped).
Useful step options
- Guest email includes: QR, visit details, maps link, hours for visit days
- Markdown bodies and PDF attachments
- Picture required vs optional
- Agreement checkbox vs signature
- Checkout reminder timing relative to departure / auto-checkout
SMS channel options may appear in the UI; email is the shipped channel today.
