Visitors

Sidebar: Visitors. Needs desk-level visitor rights (Reception and above for directory access). Employees do not see this nav item.

List​

Columns: Visitor, Email, Company, Phone, Visits, Last visit.

  • Search and filters as on the table.
  • Export CSV when your role allows export.

Empty: No visitor profiles yet. Profiles appear when guests are invited or check in with an email.

Profile​

Tabs and sections:

  • Contact and details (preferred language, company, and so on)
  • Visit history (same manage dialog as Visits)
  • Agreements (signed copies: View signed copy)

Select Save profile after edits.
