Visitor data retention

Settings → Policies:

  • Keep visitor data indefinitely (default), or
  • Visitor data retention (days) (1–3650)

When a day limit is set, Bruchim anonymizes eligible visits after that window. Guests still Checked in are skipped.

Owner Delete on Visits or Visitors is a soft hide (lists and stats), not anonymization. Retention still applies to those rows. For other privacy requests, email [email protected].
