Visitor data retention

Settings → Policies:

  • Keep visitor data indefinitely (default), or
  • Visitor data retention (days) (1–3650)

What purge does​

When a limit is set, Bruchim anonymizes eligible visits after the retention window from the visit end clock. It skips guests still Checked in and rows already redacted.

For privacy requests beyond automatic retention, contact support. There is no full self-serve DSAR screen in the app yet.
