Add and edit locations

Add a location​

  1. Select Add location.
  2. Enter name, group (optional), and address. Search fills the fields and map pin when a match is found. Add a Unit (suite, floor, or office) if the building needs one.
  3. Optional Phone for reception. Guests see it in email only if you turn on Location phone under Flows includes.
  4. If search misses, type the address and place or drag the pin on the map (or enter latitude and longitude).
  5. Timezone is derived from the pin; adjust if needed.
  6. Set weekly Business hours and auto-checkout (see Business hours).
  7. Save.

Plan limits apply. Starter can have 2 locations. Growth 1–100. Enterprise bills at least 10 (up to 100). If Add location is outlined instead of filled, you are at that limit. Select it and go to Billing to add sites or change plan.

If the workspace is over its plan, visits stay paused until you upgrade or remove extras.

Edit details​

On the location page, details are read-only until you select edit.

  • Name and optional Name in … (per language) for kiosk locales
  • Address parts (street, unit, city, and the rest) and map. Drag the pin or enter coordinates if search missed or placed it wrong.
  • Optional Phone
  • Group assignment
  • Business hours and auto-checkout / no-show

Empty list: No locations yet.

Location Manager can update assigned sites but cannot create, deactivate, or delete locations.

Deactivate or delete​

Owner or Admin can deactivate or delete from the location list (row actions or table bulk select) and from the location page.

  • Deactivate closes the site. Guests cannot check in. Kiosks at that site are removed. Deactivated sites do not count toward your plan location cap. Reactivate when you need the site again (plan cap applies). Keep at least one active location.
  • Delete only if the location has never had a visit. Otherwise deactivate. Deletion cannot be undone.

In the table, select rows or Select all matching, then Deactivate, Delete, or Reactivate.
