Current plan

Settings → Billing, or sidebar billing for Owners. Owner-only.

What you see​

  • Current plan card, including billed location quantity, current bill, and the new total when you change qty
  • Usage meters:
    • Locations
    • Kiosks per location (Starter 1, Growth 5, Enterprise 100)
  • Included vs locked features (Plans and features)
  • Change plan to switch Starter, Growth, or Enterprise

Starter includes up to 50 people who can sign in. Growth and Enterprise are unlimited.

If the workspace is over its plan (more locations, kiosks, or people who can sign in than the plan allows), visits, check-in, and new invites pause until you upgrade in Billing or remove the extras. You can still open Billing and delete extra locations, kiosks, or people who can sign in.

Manage subscription​

Manage subscription opens card, invoices, and cancel. Change how many sites you pay for on Current plan.

Currency​

Billing uses the currency you chose when you subscribed.

First subscribe​

If you have not chosen a plan yet, you see plan choice instead of Current plan.
