Workspace rules​

Common toggles and fields:

  • Notify hosts by SMS (UI exists; SMS delivery is not shipped yet—use email notifications)
  • Camera switch on kiosks (allowKioskCameraToggle)
  • Admin PIN for iPad kiosk (native app staff unlock)
  • Visitor data retention (days) or Keep visitor data indefinitely
  • Guest lookup on invite
  • Print badge on Done
  • Visitor types list

Visitor types​

Add the labels hosts pick on invites and that Analytics can break down.

Overrides​

Location / group Overrides can change Rules independently when your plan includes Per-location overrides.
