Agreements

Configured as steps inside Settings → Flows → Check-in (and related phases).

What guests see​

  • Markdown or PDF agreement content
  • Checkbox acknowledgement, or signature capture
  • Localized content when you provide per-locale copy

After signing​

  • Signed copies appear on the visitor profile Agreements tab (View signed copy)
  • Flows can include the signed agreement on later guest emails when that option is enabled

Editing tips​

  • Keep one content format across locales for a given agreement.
  • Use Replace when uploading a new PDF so previews stay accurate.
