CSV import and bulk actions

Import​

  1. On Users, select Import CSV.
  2. Download the template if you need the column list.
  3. Upload; review the preview (ready vs error rows).
  4. Import ready rows. People with app access receive an invite email.

Columns include person_id, profile fields, host/admin locations by name, role, ui_locale, and active.

Directory-synced people keep name and email from the identity provider. A CSV that changes those fields shows a warning and does not overwrite them.

Export​

Export CSV downloads the directory you can manage.

Bulk select​

Multi-select on the list:

  • Deactivate / reactivate
  • Revoke / resend invites
  • Batch update host locations, app access, UI locale

Select all matching applies to the filtered set across all pages, not only the current page.
