Tablet check-in

Idle screen shows Welcome to … (location name) with:

  • Check in
  • Scan invite QR
  • Check out
  • Language control (Language) when more than one kiosk locale is offered

Check in​

Steps follow Settings → Flows → Check-in (email, name, host, photo, agreements, messages, custom fields, done).

Common labels:

  • And you are?
  • Smile for your badge · Take photo / Retake / Skip for now
  • Success: host notified; optional Your badge is printing below.

Success returns to idle after 30 seconds if Done is not tapped.

Scan invite QR​

  1. Select Scan invite QR.
  2. Hold the invite QR in front of the camera.
  3. Switch camera appears when the device has more than one camera (workspace rule Camera switch on kiosks).

Check out​

Corner / idle Check out → Heading out? → search onsite guests by name → confirm. Success: You're checked out…
