Tablet check-in

Idle screen shows Welcome to … (location name) with:

  • Check in
  • Scan invite QR
  • Check out
  • Language control (Language) when more than one kiosk locale is offered

Check in​

Steps follow Settings → Flows → Check-in (email, name, host, photo, visit type, agreements, messages, custom fields, done). ID verification is configured in the flow but is not a guest screen.

Common labels:

  • And you are?
  • What brings you in? when visit type is in the flow
  • Smile for your badge. The camera turns on. Take photo / Retake / Skip for now
  • Success: host notified; optional Your badge is printing below.
  • With ID verification in the flow: Almost done. / Please see an employee to verify your ID. Orange warning icon (not the green Done check). No badge yet.

Success and pending screens return to idle after 30 seconds if Done is not tapped.

Staff finish verification from Overview or Visits (Verify ID) or from the email link. Visit details show ID type, time, and who verified.

Scan invite QR​

  1. Select Scan invite QR.
  2. Hold the invite QR in front of the camera.
  3. Switch camera appears when the device has more than one camera (workspace rule Camera switch on kiosks).

Check out​

Check out → Heading out? → search onsite guests by name → confirm. Success: You're checked out.
