Overrides

Settings → Overrides. Requires Per-location overrides (Growth+). Location Managers use this tab for assigned targets.

What you can override​

Sections include:

  • Organization name
  • Before visit / Check-in flow / After visit
  • Rules
  • Logos, brand colours, kiosk background
  • Kiosk languages

Workflow​

  1. Open Overrides.
  2. Create an override for a group or location.
  3. Edit area tabs (same grouping as workspace settings).
  4. Inheritance pills show what comes from parent vs local.
  5. Reset a section to inherit again when needed.

Workspace settings show N overrides hints where relevant.

Empty: add a target to customize a site without changing the whole workspace.
